Acceptance

By adding AntarisBot to your Discord server or using its services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use AntarisBot.

Description of Service

AntarisBot is a personal AI assistant that provides conversational AI, persistent memory, and intelligent responses within Discord servers and direct messages. AntarisBot is operated by Antaris Analytics LLC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AntarisBot, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AntarisBot to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit the bot's safety systems
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited messaging
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

Data & Privacy

AntarisBot may store conversation context to provide memory-based features. We do not sell your data to third parties. Message content is processed solely to provide the service. You may request deletion of your stored data by contacting us at moro@antarisanalytics.ai.

Intellectual Property

AntarisBot and its underlying technology are the property of Antaris Analytics LLC. The antaris-suite engine is licensed under Apache 2.0.

Disclaimers

AntarisBot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on AntarisBot for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Antaris Analytics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of AntarisBot.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
