This Privacy Policy describes how Antaris Analytics LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you use AntarisBot ("the Bot"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

When you interact with AntarisBot, we may collect:

• Message content — text you send to the Bot to generate responses
• Discord user ID — to associate memory and preferences with your account
• Server/channel ID — to provide context-aware responses
• Interaction metadata — timestamps and command usage for service improvement

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any data outside of Bot interactions.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide and improve AntarisBot's conversational and memory features
• Maintain persistent context across sessions (memory features)
• Ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and Discord's policies
• Diagnose technical issues and improve reliability

Data Storage

Conversation memory is stored locally on our infrastructure and is not shared with third-party AI providers beyond what is necessary to generate a response. We use industry-standard security practices to protect stored data.

Third-Party Services

AntarisBot may use third-party AI model providers to process messages. These providers process data solely to generate responses and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain conversation memory until:

• You request deletion, or
• Your data is automatically pruned per our retention schedule

Children's Privacy

AntarisBot is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of certain data processing
